So no matter where you're walking right now, just continuing to walk naturally at a comfortable pace, whatever feels right for you. And I'd like you to begin by just taking a moment, just to be aware of the space around you. Noticing what you can see, what you can hear. Perhaps the smells, the sensations. Just taking a moment to check in with that space around you. Can you even take a couple of big deep breaths if you find that that helps. It's almost as though you're letting go of any thinking and just stepping in to the body into the space and nature around you. You might find it a very fluid movement, and you might feel might even feel uncomfortable in some way as you walk. But just becoming aware of your posture. How are you holding yourself if there's any tension in any areas? But just maintaining a nice, steady rhythm. Walking naturally at a -- in a comfortable way.
