The holistic learning experience
- When most leaders think about learning and upskilling, the first thing that usually comes to mind is content. This could meet a classroom course, a webinar, or even a digital content library. Now, none of these things are bad things. In fact, you are using a content library right now, and hopefully, you have been learning and will continue to learn something from this course. That said, when it comes to truly mastering a skill, content is only a part of the solution. At my company, when we talk with learning leaders about upskilling, we start with a seed-to-fruit approach.
