- [Interviewer] You do some mentoring as well, and so, I'm curious, again, we're talking to that person that's thinking about getting into finance. What are some things, maybe, not the tools or the things they need to learn, but the other qualities, the other soft skills, that a person might need or want to develop to be successful in this field? - [Interviewee] Yeah. Definitely. I would say that there are two main ones. One is stakeholder engagement. So basically like how to talk to them, how to understand what they need, like what's the business side of things, in order to understand what you actually need to do. And then the second one is communication skills.
