- [Instructor] This course is meant to be hands on and practical. I want to use a lot of examples throughout this course, and I would encourage you to try and follow along at home so that you get the most out of this course. So in order to do this, you're going to need SQLiteStudio. This is an application that you can download from SQLightStudio.pl, this website here, and it gives you an interface for working with SQL. So in order to use it, we're going to need to download it. I'm on Windows, so I'll just download the Windows version for it. If you are not on Windows, you can go to the download link to find other versions. And let's talk just for a second about the different flavors of SQL that are out there. You might guess that SQLiteStudio uses a flavor called SQLite, and there are some minor differences between the SQLite flavor of SQL and some of the other ones that are out there, but you really don't need to worry too much about them.
