When automation is allowed to overtake a manual process, sometimes the refinement and experience impacts the outcome. Quality testing is no different. Automation delivers immense benefits to increasing the speed, output, accuracy, and performance of testing. However, transitioning to automation needs to be done with care. I'm Mike Fine. I've been running product tests for nearly 30 years. I understand the value of testing and especially the value of automation. I definitely don't want to go back to washing the dishes.
