I do not recommend this course. It should cover ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119-3:2021(E), but instead of actually showing topics that you must adress in a good test management document, the course uses colorful metaphores and broad life coaching style, vague, repetitive statements. Instead of using graphs to summarize content, the author decides to punch in ai generated artsy images every now and then that do not contribute at all to understanding the topic. This whole course could have been a post it sized list of test strategy topics. It is even lacking practical examples of possible decisions you could make in such a document, for example, focusing on certain test levels.
