And in those cases, your carefully laid strategy might need to be altered, or even abandoned. The first and most common challenge is the changing requirements from your development team. Everybody is ambitious with their designs in the planning stages of a product, but as the product gets built, features and functionality begin to drop off or change to meet the schedule.
