- Once you have a connection, you click the plus next to the database name. I do the same if I used one of the already saved ones above. The folders underneath are all the information in the database you have access to. The two I use the most are B1 Tables and dbo. B1 Tables organizes according to the Business One menu, so for the production order, I can just go down here to production, and I can see all the tables there and just double-click on OWOR. Or click on WOR1 and hit the little arrow and it will pop on over. Usually, that's the best and easier way to find tables. There's also another way, if you know the name, really quickly. I'll close this one up and go to dbo. In there, you'll find one that says Tables, and you can just type your table name quickly.
