- [Instructor] Your report looks pretty good, but there's a few things I might add to make it even more understandable. Let's add those finishing touches and clean things up a little bit. Head over to the design mode and take a look at the report footer and page footer. On the report footer you'll often have the grand totals for report like the ones we just looked at and the one the we have here like days due. Now, I'm not going to really use this one so I'm going to go ahead and delete it. I don't really need a report footer on a production order, but what I do need is some stuff in the page footer and the page footer, all the way down at the bottom, is the best place to add page information and if you look over here in the field inspector I have open here the special field so I'm going to close it up and so you can see it again right here is special fields and inside the special fields is a whole list of data that you can…
