Introduction to sales coaching
- Whether you're a sales manager who is responsible for coaching or you're an independent sales coach, there is a fundamental truth about sales coaching we have to recognize. Coaching does not mean doing. I rarely use sports analogies, but in this case, it applies. Think about a sports game or an Olympic event.
