We all manage projects all the time, but too often we think of project management as the super complicated, highly technical construction or IT projects. But the truth is that if you're coordinating any unique event or activity with a defined start and finish date, you're managing a project, whether you realize it or not. Hi, I'm Dana Brownlee, a certified project management professional who has worked in the field of project management for decades. I've taught project management courses and presented at conferences around the U.S. and globally. And I'll tell you a really interesting fact. During all my years teaching project management, I've had more requests to train non-project managers than project managers. Think about it.
