- As a project manager, you'll never be bored and you'll almost always be in high demand. With your newfound skills, you may even find that you get more done at home and when having fun. I'm Bonnie Biafore. Thank you for joining me at the beginning of this fascinating and fun journey into project management. With these foundations under your belt, you're ready to start managing projects from getting them off the ground, to planning them out, from managing and controlling, to finally wrapping them up. And don't forget to celebrate success. The Become a Project Manager learning path has several courses you can watch to jumpstart your education. Doug Rose's Agile Foundations dives much deeper into agile efforts. Cyndi Snyder, Dionisio course, Hybrid Project Management: Do What Works explores how to work on hybrid projects, which include waterfall, agile, iterative, and other approaches. Beyond that, LinkedIn Learning has additional project management learning paths and courses to expand your knowledge. There are also courses on procurement, budgeting, working with technical teams, remote teams, and much more. Use the LinkedIn Learning browse feature to explore project management learning paths and courses. Whether you're just starting out or refreshing what you know, there are lots of additional resources to help you grow. To learn more or get certified, head to the PMI website or the PRINCE2 site. There are also several LinkedIn project related groups you can join to network and share with your fellow project managers. A great way to join the conversation is through the question and answer feature for this course. Check it out. I look forward to chatting with you there. Remember, this course and others can be counted toward the education hours you need for PMI certifications. Many courses provide PMI PDUs toward maintaining existing certifications. Look at the course overview to see how many PDUs or contact hours the course provides. You can then report them on the PMI website. I've been in project management for decades and I'm still having fun and learning new things. I hope you find this profession as inspiring as I do. So here's to your future as a project manager. Now get out there and get things done.
