Device hack #3: The key to stress-free revisions
(peaceful electronic music) - [Instructor] I'm a list-maker. I love making lists. Although, not as much as I love crossing things off of lists. Because I use a technique called fast drafting, writing a super fast, super messy first draft, without looking back or editing along the way, I need to create to-do lists as I go to keep track of all the edits I want to make in the next draft. I used to have tons of lists all over the place, in Word docs, in Evernote, on Post-It notes stuck to my monitor, it was a mess. Then came Trello, and I fell in love. Why You Need Trello. Here's another scenario which may sound familiar: You write a first draft of your book, or article, or blog post, and now it's time to make it better. It's time to get feedback. So you send it to people. You send it to your agent, you send it to beta readers, you send it to your critique partner, or group, you send it to your editor, maybe you even reread it yourself a few times and get some ideas on how to improve it…
