- Culture is always changing. When problems creep in, they may take a while to notice. At Pixar Animation Studios, leaders work hard to ensure artists and technologists were of equal value to the company. Believing this was important to the creative processes, the two groups socialized and spent time learning about each other. Pixar's first blockbuster was "Toy Story," the first full-length feature film created entirely by artists using computer tools and technology.
