Add a video from your computer
- [Instructor] You can insert a video into a PowerPoint presentation from a file on your computer, and even make it play automatically when the slide loads. To insert a video, go to the insert tab, click on videos and then this device. Navigate to the file, select it and click insert. You can also drag a video from a folder directly onto the slide. In the video format tab, you can change how the video appears such as resizing it, cropping it, adding styling and making adjustments. If you want to change the image that displays before the video plays, go to the video format tab, click on poster frame, and either select a frame from within the video or choose an image on your computer. In the playback tab, you can adjust how the video plays such as how it starts and ends and whether it loops once it's done.
