Find a pen and paper and write that answer down, keep it somewhere nearby, like on a sticky note on your desk, so that it's front and center. As you continue with this course, you might want to perform better under pressure. Maybe you need to boost your creativity or become a more effective problem-solver, or maybe you want to feel more confident and less stressed, whatever your reasons they will be unique to you, we make sure they feel meaningful. So you're more likely to follow through. Overcoming overthinking takes time, patience and persistence. So at the beginning of each video, take a look at your paper and review your reasons again. Reminding yourself why you're here, we'll help you focus along the way.
