- [Instructor] We use the People app that you access right here to view and create our contacts and contacts lists, and to work with Microsoft 365 Groups, which we can also do from Outlook Mail. On the People page, we have a left pane and it starts with favorites at the top, which is a list that you curate, all your contacts, and then any contact lists you wish to create, which we will talk about. Deleted is your recycle bin for contacts. You can create categories, and if you are using categories in Outlook with your contacts, you can put everybody into a category and be able to see them. Now, you might have said, I didn't actually create categories, but I used Outlook previously. If you did, you might have had a contacts folder called Promo List, and in the new Outlook that is brought in by adding that folder name to every contact as a category.
