MLOps components on Databricks
- [Instructor] Databricks is a data and AI platform that provides most of the features required for MLOps. Databricks Workflows orchestration and mail flow for experiment tracking, you need to catalog for model registry delta tables for data versioning. Delta tables are also used behind feature tables. Databricks jobs for compute, feature serving and model serving for deploying endpoints, lakehouse monitoring for monitoring data and model drifts. Databricks asset bundles help to simplify the deployment processes and CICD pipelines. In this course, I will deep dive into all these features and explain how they can be used together to promote traceability, reproducibility, and monitoring standards. If you use Databricks, you most likely don't need other tools to do MLOps end to end.
