- [Instructor] If you are using teams and you have a hearing impairment, there are a few features that can help you have better meetings. First, I'll go to settings, so I'll click the button with three dots near the top right, go to settings, then to the section for appearance and accessibility. If you communicate with sign language and you use video meetings in teams, it's very important that you are able to see the people who are using sign language. So from here you can enable the sign language view, then click manage signers. You can type a name to search for people in your organization. You should add anybody who communicates with you in sign language to this list so their video feed will be prioritized in a meeting. Next, I want to see how to use live captions in a meeting. So I'll go over to the calendar section and I'm going to start a meeting, so I'll choose meet now and start a meeting here. Make sure that my camera is turned on and then I'll join the meeting.
