Use apps to add extra functionality to Teams
- [Instructor] Teams has a system of apps that can add more functionality. There are different types of apps and different ways to work with them. First, I'll click the button with three dots in the sidebar on the left, and this is known as the personal view of your apps. These are apps that you can run in general without sharing information with your teammates. I want to take a look at the Planner app, and for now, don't worry if you don't see this app on your list. I'll open that. And this app connects with Microsoft Planner, which is a separate application in Microsoft 365. You can use it for simple task lists or larger project management. We do have a training course on Microsoft Planner if you want to learn more about it. But the point is, we are not in the separate planner application. We're using it as a tool integrated into the Teams interface. We can see a button for it in the sidebar on the left, so it almost works like the Chat section or the Teams section or the Calendar…
