- [Instructor] In this video, we will see how to share files in Teams. I am in the Team section. I'm working in a team called Web Design, and I've selected the channel called Brand Material, and I'm going to start a new post here. But everything that we'll see can also be done in Messages in a private chat as well. In the Message field, you can click the plus button and there's an option to attach file, which will open up more options. If you have a document stored on OneDrive, you can choose Attach cloud files. If you want to pick a file that has already been shared in a different team or channel, you can choose browse Teams and Channels. Or since I want to upload a file directly from my computer, I'll choose Upload from this device. Then I'll need to navigate to the folder where I have the file, select it, then click Open.
