- [Instructor] In this video, I want to introduce some features for private chats that are really optional, but I think everybody should know that they're available. I have clicked on the chat button on the left, so I'm working in the chat section. I see my list of recent conversations. And over time, that list can get pretty long. It may be hard to find conversations with a specific person in this list. In another video, I briefly mentioned the option to pin a conversation. You can point at a conversation, click the button with three dots to open the menu, and choose Pin. That ensures that the conversation will not automatically be hidden! But it also moves that conversation to the top of the list in this pinned section. So, I think it's a good idea to pin conversations with your direct supervisor, and maybe five or six other people who you communicate with regularly. So, you can always find those conversations easily. And if you want to remove a conversation from the pin section…
