- [Instructor] If you'd like to see your data in a more graphical way, then conditional formatting may help you. Well, I've clicked on the visual here, and I would like to set up conditional formatting for Effort, Effort Completed, and Effort Remaining. To do that, I'm going to go into the dropdown for those fields, in this case, Effort, and I'm going to click that dropdown, and then Conditional formatting and Data bars. Here, I have a data bar that will show up from the lowest value to the highest value with a positive bar in the dark blue and a negative bar in the light blue color. I'll keep the defaults and press OK. And now I have a data bar that represents those values. I might want to change this.
