- [Instructor] As you build the reports or dashboards, you may want to share them with others. However, others should open them up and connect them to their instance of project for the web. To do that, we're going to go to the File menu and select Save As and we're going to change the file type to Power BI template file, or pbit. I'm saving it into my Exercise folder that I put on the desktop and I'll press Save. And I'll type in a description in here called Project for the Web Power BI Template modified. That way I know that this particular template has been modified from the original and I'll press OK. Now that I've created that template file, I'm going to close Power BI and press Save.
