- [Tutor] So here, we have the Azure File Service, where you can create SMB and NFS file shares, and mount them, and consume them from Azure very easily. You can even mount them and consume them locally if you have a hybrid cloud and you're willing to do that extra work. Microsoft recommends to consider Azure AD Domain Services when you have Legacy Applications that rely on Legacy Authentication Protocols, and may also rely on Legacy File Shares. You can replicate your local active directory domain services domain in a virtual networks with Azure AD Domain Service, so it's a great tool to keep in your tool belt. Accessing Azure Files, you do the same access methods here, so you may need SAS tokens or not. A great thing about Azure Storage, though, is that it works with private endpoint, we saw that in the previous lesson.
