- [Narrator] Virtual networking can sometimes be a little bit difficult to understand because it's a bit abstract in the sense that we're creating this virtual network, and it's not a network, it's a virtual network. So essentially, we're creating these artificial boundaries around objects, around resources. In order to create these artificial boundaries, we need to connect our resources to those virtual networks. And so the easiest way to demonstrate that is to actually show you how the resources are connected. And the first part of this course is focused on looking at the connections of resources to virtual networking objects and to those virtual networking tools we have in Azure. So I already have several resources in my Azure subscription, and I want to show you how, during the deployment of these resources, they were connected to virtual networking.
