Create an Azure Firewall
- [Instructor] In this course, we've looked at building many resources inside of an Azure virtual network, and we've talked about connecting all those resources to that virtual network or a group of virtual networks, and then grouping those virtual networks together. This all creates our internal infrastructure in Azure, where our resources will live and connect. Now, if we want to connect all of that to the internet, we will want to secure those resources from the internet. So we've talked about making it accessible from the internet by providing public IP addresses, but what if we really want to secure those resources? We'll want to create a resource that's very familiar to most administrators of on-prem solution, and that is a firewall. So Microsoft Azure includes several firewall services, and here I'm in the Marketplace, the Azure Marketplace, and a simple search on the word firewall provides a long list of different firewall solutions from many different providers.
