- [Lecturer] If you're like many business leaders, you may struggle with isolation, stress, or anxiety, all of which can get in the way of your progress toward better wellbeing at work. Or you may find that you're lacking the motivation to make the changes you need. It's easy to feel like you should take on this burden by yourself, but you don't have to do it alone. In fact, one of the most critical steps a leader can take on their journey to workplace wellbeing is to find a peer support group. Unfortunately, asking for support is often seen as a sign of weakness, especially among business leaders. However, this is one of the biggest misconceptions in our culture. Think of your wellbeing in the same way, you'd approach an important work project. You'd surely ask for feedback on a project if doing so would boost its likelihood of success.
