- It's never been more important to take care of your well-being, especially during a crisis, when many employees and leaders may find themselves, struggling with mental health issues, poor work life balance, and burnout. However, too often leaders put others first and sacrifice their own health in the process. But to be your best as a leader and manager, you have to prioritize your own needs first. You also have to recognize that your well-being is directly connected to the well-being of your teams. And when you and your employees are healthy, everyone reaps the benefits, from being more focused and productive at work to feeling a greater sense of engagement in company loyalty. But it can be hard to know where to begin. That's why I created this course to provide easy, actionable steps that build on each other and will help you create lasting health and wellness habits. Maybe you're already well on your way to improving your well-being or perhaps you're just getting started, no matter where you are my goal is to help you become a healthier and more effective leader. And along the way, you'll also be helping your team improve their health and well-being, it's a journey worth taking.
