And while these articles can be insightful and helpful in my work, I've determined they're missing one of the biggest factors in terms of your productivity, and that's your energy. Think about it, when are you at your best? What tasks should you do when you're tired? Now this doesn't just go for the day. You need to look at this over the course of a week, a month, and beyond. The point is if you can better understand and manage your energy, you'll have more control over your time and get more things done, and that is what I want to teach you how to do in this course.
