What you need to know
- [Narrator] This course is focused on developing digital wire frames and prototypes using the advanced prototyping software known as Figma. Don't worry if you're not an export with Figma. Having a general understanding of prototyping tools and terminology is more important than having specific knowledge. Because we will be starting from the prototyping phase of design thinking, I highly recommend having a clear understanding of the design thinking process in its entirety. The process consists of five steps, empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Once you have your research data synthesized the last thing you need for this course is a defined problem statement. No worries if you don't already have one. We'll cover what you need in the next video.
