After I conducted my usability test and studied them, I found three key findings. Let's talk about each one of them, one by one. The first one is: Participants got confused with the drag-down interactive menu that we designed. One of the success metrics to measure in a usability test is the success rate. If you find most of your participants making a mistake, getting confused, or thinking about any interaction for a very long time, then that becomes one of your findings for the test. With my prototype, participants tried to drag down the menu, but unfortunately, they seemed very confused with that interaction, and some of them couldn't completely access the menu.
