Creating a CentOS VM
- [Voiceover] We'll want to start up VirtualBox, 'cause we're gonna create our CentOS 7 virtual machine. Click on new, and for the name we'll name it CentOS 7. You'll notice that the type changes to Linux automatically, and the version changes to Red Hat (64 Bit). If you do not get any 64 Bit options in this menu, you will need to re-run the VirtualBox installation program, and a new option will show up, called repair. Click on repair, it'll repair the problem, and you'll reboot your host computer, and you should see the 64 Bit options. Click on Next. CentOS will install on one gigabyte of RAM just fine, but since we're doing a server with our GUI, we're gonna want to bump the memory up to 1.5 to 2 gigs of RAM. Click on Next.
