- [David] Another option for sharing your Word Online documents with others is to download them, download them and perhaps print them out or maybe just attach them to an email message, the old-fashioned way. That's what we're going to explore in this movie with the document we've been working on. I'm logged back in here. I got that task that was assigned to me from Lynn, and I've clicked the check mark here to complete the task, mark it as resolved. So I'm going to close up the Comments pane. I've made the change to the title. I'm ready now to download this to my computer and send it off or print it off for others. We do that by going up to File in the top left corner, and choose Save as. We don't want to save another copy online, and we don't want to change the name of the file. What we want to do is download a copy and we can do that in a Word format.
