Virtual machine: Installing VirtualBox Guest Additions
- [Instructor] Right now, we have a virtual machine that we can use to learn about Ubuntu desktop but it doesn't look great. The screen is small and as we'll discover as we start to use this virtual machine, it doesn't work as seamlessly as it might. We can fix that by taking a few more steps that improve the experience of this virtual machine here in VirtualBox. These steps are a little bit technical but they're all things that'll cover in more detail later in the course. So you can think of them as a bit of a preview of things you'll be more comfortable with once you finish the course. For now, though, I encourage you to follow along with me if you want to make your Ubuntu VirtualBox environment look and work a little better but if you don't want to, you don't have to.
