- [Instructor] In our previous video, we looked at edits using the annual calendar. The monthly calendar is also useful to look at a more detailed version of each work month, but it's not so zoomed in that we're only making an entry for one day. We'll again, enter transaction code PA64 and press enter. Now, we need to enter our personnel number for our employee. We'll enter 2 and press enter. Now, we'll click the radio button next to Monthly Calendar and we'll choose Change. This brings us to a calendar view that shows the entire month ahead starting with this week. All days marked with FREE are our weekends and all days marked with PDAY are our normal paid days. The only exception is July 4th. This is highlighted in red to show it's a paid day, but it's also a company holiday. Below each day is the absence field. We can see that June 30th and July 3rd are marked with a V because they're scheduled vacation days. We'll say…
