It's one of the Cloud enhanced features that's part of Microsoft 365 and it's powered by Microsoft Speech Services. It evaluates your speaking pace, pitch, pronunciation, use of filler words and repetitive words, culturally sensitive terms, if you're reading the text from the slide, and it can also evaluate your body language.
