- [Instructor] In many of the Office applications, that's the desktop applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote, you have a way to digitally ink within your files. And you can do this also in the Office web apps. Let's say that you want to mark something up that someone needs to take a closer look at, make some updates to, or make a decision about. Or you want to have something hand drawn on a slide instead of typed text and then have that handwritten or drawn ink animated to make it more dynamic. Let's try it out here on slide two. Now, to work with the pens and highlighters, we'll need to go to the draw ribbon. So let's select the Draw tab. And then you'll notice that we have a group here called Pens that gives us all the tools we need to work with this.
