Now I do want to warn you that if you do that, you are making a separate copy of the file from the file that exists in the OneDrive document library or another cloud library such as a SharePoint document library. But a great example of this is if you're using the exercise files that go along with this course, this is how I was able to create each file as you move on to the next movie, to use that file that progresses with all the changes that are saved. After each movie, I followed the same process that you're going to learn about to download that file and rename it and make it available as an exercise file. Here's how it works. We're going to go to the File tab and we're going to go to the Save As menu. Now I'm going to select more file options to get to that and then select Save As.
