- [Instructor] You can quickly give a list of items in a presentation slide a more visual representation by creating a SmartArt diagram. If you're familiar with working with SmartArt in the desktop Office applications such as PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word, the process in PowerPoint Online is slightly different. And the reason that I say that, is notice here I've added a slide that has the list of conference spaces, just a simple bullet list. Now, in the desktop version of PowerPoint, you have the capability to take this existing list and convert it into a Smart art diagram. In the online version, we can't convert something existing, but we can create a new SmartArt diagram and then add the content to it, and that's what we're going to do.
