Coauthor a presentation
- [Instructor] While working in a presentation that has been shared, you can see who else is editing. Notice in the upper right corner of the ribbon area that it has the initials SJ in this pink circle, and when I hover over it, there's a caption that pops out that lets me know a bit more information. This is letting me know that the initials SJ stand for Steve Jones, and it also lets me know that Steve Jones is editing slide four. There is a little shortcut here that will take me directly to that slide, so that I can see what Steve is working on. Now, if you have multiple people that are in here working in this presentation, you'll have similar icons up here in the same area, displaying where each of those people are working.
