- [Instructor] Notebook notes are usually viewed on a device or online with a browser. There are times, though, that you may need to print a page or pages that you're viewing. That could be that you want to print them to become a PDF or an XPS file, a digital file, if you will, or you may actually want to print these on real paper. Now, there's two ways that you can accomplish this with OneNote for the web. And we're going to go over both ways and why one might work better than the other. We're going to start in the upper right corner of this browser. We're going to go to the ellipses, which is the Settings and More menu. And from here, we're going to select Print. Here is the Print menu. On the left side within that pane is where you can customize the specifics for printing this.
