- [Instructor] Optimizing your Excel Online workbook could mean different things to different people, so I'm going to show you some of the more commonly used ways to enhance the aesthetics of your workbook. With the exercise file for this movie open, let's start by selecting the entire table, and adding some borders. What I also like to do here is add a thick border around the entire table. So if I go ahead and select thick outside borders, you'll see that a thick outside border has been applied to the entire table rather than each individual cell. Next, let's go ahead and rename the tabs to something a little bit more meaningful. The Ideas tab here is actually company data. So I'm going to double-click on it, get rid of Ideas, and type in company data, and then click on OK. And the Suggestion 1 tab is actually reports. So once again, let's double-click on it, and change the text to Reports, and click on OK once more.…
