- Office add-ins are a wonderful way to present your data and add value to the look and feel of your information. Start by making sure you're on a new, blank Excel online workbook and then from the insert menu go ahead and click on add-ins. Any add-ins that have already been included in your profile will appear here under add-ins. You may not see any at the moment. From here, you can go ahead and rate and review the add-in, you can view the add-in details or you can go ahead and remove the add-in. If you now go ahead and click on store you will see a catalog of add-ins that are available to use. You can select a category if you like and this will filter on the relevant add-ins for that category.
