(upbeat music) - With leadership comes a lot of new responsibility. You have things to do, performance evaluations, hiring, strategic objectives. It's really easy to become overwhelmed. - It is and it's a challenge we face too here at McLeod & More. I think everyone faces it even if you're leading without necessarily formal authority. You want to get a lot of things done. You want to check things off your to-do list and thinking time is something that can easily fall to the bottom. - It can and so you want to carve it out. And sometimes, it's even just five minutes makes the difference. You know, there's a reason that you come up with some of your best ideas in the shower.
