Why logistics matter
- Ever been to the principal's office? If not, lucky you. For the rest of you, you may be experiencing flashbacks. Personally, I've never been, but I have walked into a waiting room with a row of students nervously anticipating their turn. That fearful atmosphere is what many employees experience for a disciplinary event. And it's not the kind of atmosphere we want to promote as HR business partners.
