How to start supporting
- It's time for you to get supporting. I want you to think of one person that you work with right now that doesn't identify as the same race, sexuality, ability or background as you. Do you have them in your mind? Okay, great. Now I want you to make a plan this week. Yes, this week, to engage in a meaningful conversation with them about their goals. And if it's welcomed, consider which of your support resources you have to offer. Remember you never know how far your support can go. I'd love to hear how you're supporting others.
