- [Instructor] Not only does Google Drive give us the ability to create and store files in the cloud so we can access them anytime we have the internet, but it allows you to also quickly share access to these files with others. I want to take a look at how to do this. Inside of Google Drive, I can click on any of the files that I want to share. For instance, right now I'm going to go to this video, and I want to right-click on it. From here I'll navigate to Share, and it brings up this popup box. Here I can put in who I want to share it with, whether it's a person or group. In this case, I'm going to put in a coworker, Sophia Jackson. It'll ask if I want to notify that person, and I can put in a message. I can copy the link and share it that way. And then up here I can decide what permissions I want to give them.
