- [Narrator] The ability to schedule and snooze emails inside of Gmail is an under-utilized tool that can make you more productive in your communication. For example, let's say I'm writing this email right here that I'm going to send out, but I'm writing it on a Friday and it wouldn't be best to send it out right now. It'll probably get forgotten about. So I would like to send this on Monday morning. Well, normally I go down here and click Send and the email is sent right at that time. But I do have another option. Next to this, I can click the arrow and then click Schedule Send. From here it gives me some suggested times. It's asking if I want tomorrow morning, tomorrow afternoon, Monday morning, but I'm going to go ahead and pick a date and time, and I can pick a specific date and time. So right now I'm going to go in here and pick Monday morning, and I want that to go out at 7:00 a.m., and I'll go ahead and click Schedule Send.
