- [Instructor] Google gives you a ton of control over your Gmail settings, providing ways to customize your experience in order to be more productive. Right now I'm inside of my Gmail inbox, and in the upper right corner, I can see a gear icon. This will bring me to my settings. I'm going to go ahead and click on that gear icon, and I will be brought to the quick settings. These are the settings that Gmail has identified as the most important and frequently adjusted, so they made them really easy to access. You'll definitely want to take a look at these, including things like activating chat and meet, which I have over on my left hand side. You can choose the density of your inbox. If you choose the default, you'll see that it's much wider and it shows different attachments. You can go to comfortable. I prefer compact, which has it even tighter together.
